Client Responsibilities
You, the client, agree to provide us with all necessary content, including text, images, logos, and other resources, to complete your website project. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the legal rights to use any materials provided to us for your project.
Project Scope & Deliverables
pon the acceptance of our proposal, the scope of the project will be defined. We will deliver:
A fully designed and functional website
Necessary files and documentation related to the website (source code, design files, etc.)
Testing and revisions (as per the agreed terms)
A client review period before final approval
Payment Terms
We will provide a detailed quotation based on your project requirements. Payment terms are as follows:
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to initiate the project.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project and before final delivery of the website.
We accept payments via [payment methods: PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, etc.]. Any additional services requested outside the scope of the original agreement will incur additional charges.
Timeline & Deadlines

Intellectual Property
Once the full payment for your project has been made, you will have ownership rights to the final design, code, and content created for your website. However, we retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon.
